Mexican Chicken - Juan's concoction (aka John "Steven" Cox) an 8 oz boneless skinless chicken breast smothered in salsa & cheese, served over rice with borracho beans, sour cream and guacamole (NO substitutions please).Fish Tacos - our grilled catfish served in a flour tortilla with Pico de gallo, spicy fish sauce, borracho beans, Mexican rice and slaw. No substitutions please.

Available grilled or blackened Grilled Shrimp - 12 large shrimp grilled and stewed in seasoned butter served over rice 10 oz Rib Eye - hand cut to order and cooked the way you like it 10 oz Filet - wrapped in bacon and cooked the way you like it Pork Chop - thick cut and grilled to perfection Grilled Chicken Breast - available with lemon pepper or Mexican seasoning. An 8 oz serving on a bed of rice with two sides and Texas toast. Platters from the grill are served with one side and a house salad.
